Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Our flat rate shipping charge is £5 and we use DPD local who usually deliver the next working day if ordered before 12pm - even when standard delivery is selected! Otherwise your parcel will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days.

You will be kept updated with your tracking information via text message and/or email. 

POINTERS RETURN POLICY

Merchandise purchased online, or in store is accepted for a refund, exchange or store credit if returned in salable condition within 14 days of the ship date, accompanied by the original receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made to measure boots or special order items. All made to measure and or bespoke products are subject to our terms and conditions of sale, once payment or deposit is taken we deem this to be confirmation of order and will proceed with ordering of leathers and materials. Cancellation is not possible once production of your order has started (usually within one week of order placement); as this is classed as bespoke and is therefore exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations. We will therefore retain deposit or full payment received for the order.

RETURNS

Making a Return must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.

 We only accept returns or exchanges of items purchased at Pointers with the original receipt. Please contact our customer care department at sales@pointersequine.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange, your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed. 

EXCHANGES

If the product is available in store in the alternative size or colour you would like, we will be happy to complete an exchange within store.

If there is no stock available of the size or colour you would like, an exchange for an alternative item or a full refund will be offered. If required we will refund the value of the item being exchanged if it is a lower price to the price at which you bought the original product.

ONLINE

Unfortunately exchanges for a different size, colour or style are not currently possible, Please return the item and place a new order.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items purchased in store or online can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
